Specification:
Line synchronized IC based linear firing circuit for SCR applications.
Line synchronization achieved by 230 / 9V step down transformer.
Four nos. firing pulses to trigger four SCRs.
1:1:1 Pulse transformer used for gate pulse isolation.
One no. potentiometer used to vary the firing angle (180° - 0°).
All four pulses terminated on the front panel for external SCR device module interface.
Carrier logic circuit implemented for SCR self start, carrier frequency 4KHz.
Debounce logic circuit implemented for SCR gate pulse ON/OFF.
One no. toggle switch for gate pulse ON/OFF.
230V, 5Hz AC input, fuse provided for over load protection.
One no. ON/OFF switch with LED indication for power ON/OFF.
Provision to control the firing angle through external 0 to 5V DC.
